I've had the misfortune of having two A/C units go out on my in the past 12 months. Both times, Daryl's was there to help. They came quickly, diagnosed the issue(s) and shot it straight if it was fixable or not - in the past, it's been fixable but recently it was not.Once diagnosed, they walked through the options on what they can do, timelines, costs, warranty, etc. Then after selecting what I wanted, they delivered on time and really have gone the extra mile. I hope I don't have to use them for some time, but I know I'll be in good hands if I do! I highly recommend this company.

Gabriel was the technician that came out today. He was informative and professional along with a polite demeanor. Even with climbing into the attic for readings and heat outside, Gabriel's customer service never waivered.I highly recommend using Daryl's AC & Heating as I was thoroughly impressed.

Just call DARYLS A/C & HEATING first! We’ve been having issues off and on for almost a year. It’s been maintained and serviced by another company. Our unit is almost 4 yrs old, new build home. The last 2 weeks, we’ve had 4 technicians out. We were told the issue was fixed. Then a day or two later, AC problem is back. I am in no way an expert in HVAC. But I do know when you hire a company and pay for a service- you expect it to be done correctly. I decided to call Daryl’s AC. Pete was our technician, he just left. First impressions: good! Excellent customer service, very knowledgeable. He explained exactly what was going on with the unit and what needs to be done. I will follow-up with this review when work is completed.

Once again Daryl’s A/C has saved the day. I believe I caught my problem early before it caused more harm, but my blower motor on my furnace didn’t seems to be working which was causing my a/c condenser to ice up. I quickly turned the unit off and called Daryl’s. I was lucky enough to get a next day appointment, thank you Shelby. Dave, our tech, called first thing in the morning with an expected time. Dave kept me update and was able to get a replacement blower motor same day and has my system up and running again. Thank you to your team!

My AC went out on a Friday in August! I found recommendations for Daryl's on FB so I went to their website and filled out the form to schedule an appointment. I had just submitted when Daryl himself called and set up an appointment for the next morning. Dave came out and after explaining to him what happened, he knew what needed to be done and in a short amount of time it was fixed. I will no longer deal with the company that I used for service. Daryl's will be my first choice.
